김치찌개 (kimchi-jjigae) or kimchi stew is a popular Korean dish made with kimchi, tofu, and other ingredients, such as pork, scallions, onions. It's believed to have originated in the mid-Joseon era (~1500s).

Steps
- Marinate pork belly in mirin & black pepper for 15m
- Cook kimchi until soft
- Add marinated pork belly, kimchi, onion, mushrooms, tofu, water, and broth sauce
- Bring to a boil then lower to medium heat for another 10-15m
- Top with sliced green onions
